Photo Shoot #1

                                                                            Square
This photo uses the rule of lines. This is an image of the fence standing at the end of the A hall. The lines going both ways on the fence give the photo a disoriented but symmetric feeing.
To me, the rule of lines is how the lines satisfy the eyes of the viewer either by depth, angle, or alignment.

Metal
This photo represents framing. The fire hydrant covers the whole right, bottom, and some of the top corner. This draws the focus towards the hanging object and away from the sidewalk.
To me, framing means to draw focus away from the edge of the screen while giving the photo depth.

Happy
This photo uses the rule of lines. The main focus in the picture is the person because of the lines going down the hallway. These lines create a portrait with depth for the person.

Bowie
This photo represents rule of thirds. The focus is drawn towards the bowie symbol but allows full view the rest of the object.
To me, the rule of thirds means to draw focus to one main thing while leaving a space to view other things or give the photo a more organized feeling.

  1. I really like the wood fence photo i think the lighting and lines go really well, The only thing that could have been improved is that the picture is a little blurry other than that i really like the photo.
